Shipping policy

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Return Policy and 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within ninety (90) days from the date of delivery for a full refund. To return your product, please, make sure to contact us at support@freeeasemd.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for more than one used or empty bottle. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of our return process. We appreciate your understanding.
